General orders number 1A and 2A, bound in a volume of General Orders for 1857-59, were delivered to Capt. Cuvier Grover, Company F, 10th Infantry, part of the Utah Expedition. The first announces that Col. E. B. Alexander has taken command of the troops of the Army for Utah and the second is an order to march.
